Cancellations

 

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise
you may be charged.  

 

Payment & Deposits

I have a card machine so accept all major credit/debit cards. I also accept cash or bank transfers. 

 

All payments must be settled before I leave.

I reserve the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.

​Consultations 

its good to have a chat first so I always recommend it

 It takes 15 minutes for chemical services 

 

Colour consultations cost £20. This will come off your first bill when you book. 

 

Pricing

 

All prices are correct as of 1st June  2020

 

For longer or thicker hair, an additional fee may incur and you will be advised accordingly prior to your service

taking place.

 

Other useful information

​

As you know, I am mobile so I will need to park my car. If there is no parking on your property or very close
outside, please advise me before you book. 

 

Your hair must be clean unless requested otherwise.

 

I do have a lot of bags my kit gets bigger and bigger, im

a walking salon

so if you could have a nice clean empty work space

for me to put my bits on that would be greatly appreciated.

I bring everything with me, gowns, products and tools.

I just don't bring towels.
